What Is The Tip Jar?

One of my first ever jobs was as waiter at a restaurant.  As a waiter it was my job to serve the customer.  I would present the menu, make recommendations, take the order, deliver the food, and of course, interact with the table as often as they wanted.  When I did that job well, I was recognized for that service with a tip.   

Many years later, I still find myself serving the customer, but now it’s at the Medicare table. Today, a job well done is affirmed by customer reviews, their recommendations, and their referrals.
